Account details you provide (such as your email), the topics and inputs you submit to generate videos, and basic usage and device signals we use to prevent abuse of the Free plan. Payment details are handled by our merchant of record — we never see or store your card information.

To generate your videos, operate and secure your account, meter credits, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

We use third parties to deliver Clavid — including Supabase (authentication and data), Paddle (payments and tax), and the AI providers that generate your scripts, visuals, and narration. Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Generated videos are retained for a period that depends on your plan, as shown on the pricing page. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
