Terms of Service

You may use Clavid to generate videos from topics you submit, subject to your plan's monthly credit allowance and the limits shown on the pricing page. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service in line with applicable law.

You are responsible for the topics and inputs you submit and for how you use the videos you generate. Paid plans include commercial use rights for the videos you create; the Free plan is for evaluation and outputs carry a watermark.

Don't use Clavid to create content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to circumvent plan limits or fraud controls.

Subscriptions and credit top-ups are sold and billed through Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles tax and payment processing. Monthly plan credits reset each period and do not roll over; top-up credits do not expire. See the Refund Policy for details.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may update features, plans, and these terms over time; material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
