Refund Policy

If a video generation fails, the credits it consumed are automatically returned to your balance. You are only charged credits for videos that finish.

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan and its remaining credits until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the Free plan.

Monthly plan credits reset each billing period and are not separately refundable. One-time credit top-ups do not expire; unused credits are not refundable except where required by law.

Because Paddle is our merchant of record, refunds are issued through Paddle. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will work with Paddle to resolve it, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
